This research deals with the study and analysis theme of rural development as a branch of the branches of economic development on the grounds to do so from the most important goals towards which most of the development plans and programs in many countries of the world.

This research has tried to study the subject and indigenize from the viewpoint of the Islamic economy through several issues began radicalized the concept, and importance, and set different goals that seek to achieve rural development, and requirements and means, and the role of human achievement through the promotion of participation in decision-making and all that the analytical group of Arab countries, and the contributions of the World Bank in rural development efforts, and the answer came to a conclusion included the most important findings and recommendations
