Abstract EN

After this long and interesting trip in Makkah looking for the Yemeni students , we come to the following important results: 1-During the period being studied, Makkah was one of the most educational center among Arab and Islamic countries.

2- Because of pilgrims who come from different countries and nations, the talented scientists of Makkah were able to establish scientific centers that helped in one way or another in the growth of the intellectual and educational movement in Makkah.

3- The study disclosed that there was a great number of Yemeni students in Makkah who had been there either because of neighborhood or because of pilgrimage.

These students voraciously get their education in the field of Sharia (i.e.

legislations) and languages.

4- The study proofs clearly the great advantages and benefits that the Yemeni students came back with to their homeland such as; A- They worked hard to convey their experience so that they held some educational seminar and make education available for those who came from all parts of the country.

B- They enriched the Yemeni library with enough books , periodicals in the field of sharia (i.e.

legislations), language, Sufism, doctrine and history.

They made those books touchable and available for those who are thirst for learning.

c- Some of those students devoted themselves to work hard on researches to add new marks to the fields of science and because of the value of their production, people hasted to get benefit from them and even for the coming generation .
