The execution suspension of decisions from concurrence council, despite of being an exception, it presents a guaranty for the plaintiff in front of the commercial chamber at the judicial council.

It is very important to take it in consideration in front of a judicial jurisdiction, it allows the remedy of the damage, especially in the case of the cancellation of the contested decision because of its illegality.

Nonetheless this guarantee must be taken with much of attention and reservation in order not to waste the value of concurrence council decisions which is considered as the protector of the economic general order
