Culture considered as an important topic which can play an important role in developing tourism industry in any country.This study examine the situation of culture tourism at the hotels workforce in Algeria.

Furthermore this paper is a try to examine the connection relationchip betwin tourism training and culture tourism at the hotels workforce .The main findings of this research is that the training level of worforce tourism in Algerian hotels is not enough to participate in developing tourism industry in Algeria ,so the future programs should concentrate on workforce traning in tourism field in order to promote the culture tourism at the hotels workforce .
