Budgetary control is assumed to have many roles.

It’s a set of tools that allow for the control of various operations performed by the company.

Several functions are allocated to budgetary control (planning, forecasting, measuring results and approval of expenses).

In a second step, we treated a budgetary control of production within the ENTP and type of control exercised which is function of the type of management practiced.

Finally, the control can be exercised in different ways, depending on the objectives, problems to solve and the type of management adopted by the organization.
