Corporate governance is a set of rules, Applications and procedures that enable shareholders to maintain their interests inside companies, it based on a set of principles, the most important of them is disclosure and transparency.

The importance of this principle is in the integration between these two concepts and their role in providing financial information to interested parties, which enable internal and external parties to identify the real financial situation of it and assist in decision-making.

It is therefore essential that the financial information presented in the financial statements be of the highest quality, reliability and provided in the appropriate time
