This paper represents a summary of an academic research in the sociology of corporate1.
The research was carried out in partial fulfillment of the requirements of a Master degree in “The Sociology of corporate and development”, in the department of sociology, Cadi Ayyad University, Marrakech, Morocco.
It should be noted that the research is under the supervision of Prof Dr.

The research is also on the process to be developed as a Ph.D.
