Abstract EN

This study investigates the relationship between reward and compensation system and productivity.

A case study of Zawia Oil Refining Company (ZORC) is used to evaluate 57 managers in their employment.

Data was obtained through formal and informal interviews with respondents.

The questionnaires probed on issues regarding reward, compensation practices, and employee productivity.

The data was analyzed using descriptive and analytical statistical methods.

The results demonstrate positive relationship of reward and compensation system on staff productivity, as well as the strong association of total productivity with the size of the work force.
