Abstract AR
Abstract EN
A field experiment was carried out in Maryout Agricultural experimental station, Desert Research Center, Alexandria, to study the response of Ammi visnaga plants to mineral fertilizer namely crystal Nasser (Te + 20 + 20 + 20) at two rates (1kg / fed, F1 and 2kg / fed, F2) singly or in combination with locally isolated Bio1 sezasiem {Azotobacter chroococcum + Pseudomonas flurescens + Rhizobium spp.
+ Bacillus megaterium (phosphate dissolver) + important macro- and micronutrients activating the bacterial strains} and Bio2 (Saccharomyces cervisiae), as foliar application.
Soil microbiological properties, uptake of nutrients and total carbohydrates were detected.
The achieved results could be summarized as follows: 1- Bio1 + F2 as combined treatment caused significant effects in plant height (cm), number, diameter of umbels / plant and seed yield / fed 2- The uptake of the important nutrients N, P, K, Na, Fe, Mn and Zn are improved in varying degrees.
The application of bio fertilizer proved high productivity than other sources. 3- Biofertilizatizers (Bio1 + Bio2) improve soil fertility and properties of the rhizospheric microorganisms of the medicinal plant. 4- The highest microbial growth was obtained with Bio1 crystal Nasser (F2>F1) as individual and chemical fertilizers Bio1+Bio2 as a combination at flowering stage of plant growth. 5- Bio1 bio fertilizer energized the effect of F2, F1 and yeast.
