In these times, it showed its political heterogeneity inspite of its social, cultural and geographical homoaeneitv.

However, history still bears in mind shining and honouring attitudes that showed the spirit of brotherhood and solidarity to delete the bad- image given bv the leaders and stake holders of these contries as well as to give a clear idea about how much people living there are helpful to each other in hard times.

The present study tries to uncover one of these attitudes which is the Morroco attitude towards the French colonization to Algeria.

Accordingly, this study will deal with this attitudes from two different perspectives: first Monocan people in general and scholars i'1 particular, and second the government position.
