In this paper, we try to shed light on one of the topics which concerns all human resources, without exception, from simple worker to the high manager within any organization, represented by salary.

Owing to multiple salary’s dimensions and variables, its sensitive degree and opposing interdependent impacts , leading it to be a thorny issue with factor of stability oscillates from no permanent to fragile one, so that making it the question frequently presents itself for discussing .

In this sense, the emergence of innovated concepts such as variable pay, individual pay, based skill pay....

are secretions of flagrant proofs for accumulation of competitive successive theories and practices adopted at this various administrative and organizational thinking entrances as reference for them, worth to be explored .
