The therapeutic relationship between the doctor and the breast cancer patient has not received sufficient attention in the psychological studies.

In this article we have attempted to clarify the role of this later in the progress of the therapeutic project.

We also wanted to bring attention to the importance of the stage of announcement of diagnosis at the first step in building the relationship therapeutic.

We have been shown influence of the latter in the psychological and physiological response of the patient and from there to contribute to the activation therapy
