This research paper aims to highlight the nature of the cultural values prevalent in the world today which the international globalization contributes in its spread, since it played a crucial role in the promotion of the American culture with all its contradictions by taking benefit of its technological and technical superiority especially in the communication field, that leads to a conflict inside the countries receiving these new cultural values, to protect their local cultural ones by leading to a closure on themselves, which is quite hard to realize with the existence of the internet, and to adapt the American cultural values that strip it of their local identity .

Between this and that, the world lives an obvious change in the nature of the prevailing cultural values
