Abstract EN

The intellectual is always oriented to convince the society to admit him and all his roles; the intellectual becomes the person who makes thought and ideas and the project of modernity ;in our Arabic world; the intellectual remained amazing; searches for himself too hesitated among the affiliation in the governmental speech with different ideology; refusing ;accepting or resisting it and here appears the idea of commitment in the mind of the intellectual Arabs ;that is to say he has to remain committed and faithful to his civilization mission and his defense about high humanistic values for example justice ; freedom and reality; or he has to be an ideological person which may agree with the government or disagrees.
