This article addresses the issue of the Zakat of firms and companies, through its linguistic and terminological definition (both in Sharia and law),and the identification of companies types, to arrive at how to estimate the amount of this kind of Zakat given to its different types in order to develop an optimal method for the collection of this important category of Zakat, so as to achieve the interests of those who deserve it
