Population growth is considered one of the topics which deals with geopolitics and represents the Summary of the impact of various factors upon population.

This has its own Consequences which leave their effects not only in the Structure of the State and its internal form, but in its foreign policy in sometimes.

Therefore، handling Such topics is an important Case in the prospective of the Syrian national security in social, economic and political aspects.

The problem of the paper says that the present picture of population growth in Syria with its probable geopolitics is still unclear.

Therefore, this paper tries to explore the dimensions of geopolitics with regard population growth rates in Syria and the basic hypothesis which says that the high rates of population growth in Syria in the light of its limited natural resources and its weak economy had burdened Syria in which Syria fights to reinforce its power.

Lt is worth mentioning that depending on the approach of analyzing power and functional approach being basic approaches had formed the statistical data and the issued reports of local and global sides the main crude material of this paper.

The paper ends with so many consequences which explain the basic features of power and weakness in the phenomenon of population growth in Syria.

Also،this paper presented many suggestions which might form strategic dimensions in which decision maker might rely upon.
