The establishment of the unit studio educational within the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the College of Basic Education, one of the important objectives that seek descriptive study to be presented, and therefore the primary objective of this study provide many theories descriptive on the provision of the main axes on the definition of the importance of the studio educational components of the television educational and movies educational and satellite as part of the axis of the educational role of the Public Authority for Applied Education and training in Kuwait, and the role of the College of Basic Education in this regard.

And comes in the framework of an integrated explanation of the components of the educational components of the main elements of the education studio, especially with regard to the fo lb wing points: - Educational Television - Educational films - Educational channels - Production of educational programs -The educational components of the educational studio - Video tutorial -Television broadcasting networks -Tutorial studio Recommendations of the study: - Illustrated by the study provided the great importance of the need to apply the studio educational within the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training , and in particular, within the College of Basic Education is the IT department of education is the competent authority capable of setting standards and technical foundations and technique to create the studio's educational body .

- As seen through descriptive study that studio tutorial consists of integrated modules include all the studio educational, and unhs for the production of educational films, equipment and technique relies on multiple computing devices and other equipment.

Through the study provided the researcher recommends the following actions: - Processing of the building equipped technically appropriate to the nature of the educational work of the studio, including rooms' montage and sound insulation and lighting.

Expedite the provision of appropriate hardware in the studio educational including imaging devices - lighting - Montage - Audio - electrical wiring - backup power generators - electronic computing devices, devices video tutorial special offer, registration and conservatba Subscribe via focal TV channel to display the hours of study for students of Applied Education Authority.

The use of local and international expertise in the creation of the former studio of education in universities.

Contracting with functional expertise capable of managing technical workers and appropriate technical.
