The study aimed at identifying the reality of counseling services provided by headmistresses, counselors, and teachers to the talented students in elementary stage from viewpoints of headmistresses, counselors, and teachers.

The study sample included headmistresses, counselors, and teachers; (30) individuals divided into (10) headmistresses, (10) counselors, and (10) teachers of the talented in elementary private and public schools in Jeddah.

The researcher made up a 102 item questionnaire distributed into four domains (Educational, emotional, professional, and counseling).

Through the descriptive method.

The study concludes the following results: 1-The evaluation degree of the counseling services provided to the talented students in elementary stage from headmistresses' viewpoints was high in all domains.

2-The evaluation degree of the counseling services provided to the talented students in elementary stage from counselors' viewpoints in educational, emotional, and social domains was high.

3-The evaluation degree of the counseling services provided to the talented students in elementary stage from counselors' viewpoints in counseling and professional domains was low.

4-The evaluation degree of the counseling services provided to the talented students in elementary stage from teachers' viewpoints was high in all domains.

5-There are no statistically significant differences in the sample' evaluation degree of the counseling services provided to the talented students in elementary stage among the four domains; educational, emotional, professional, and counseling..
