he aim of this study is to look for the hidden reasons behind the failure of the pedagogical accompaniment at the Algerian University.
We will try to take the model of the University of Laghouat in order to analyze the causes of failure in terms of the role of the university professor, the role of the administration in preparing the pedagogy file, the role of students in facilitating pedagogical accompaniment for the university student, The legal decrees and their role in this file because the LMS system is subject to the pedagogical accompaniment to investigate in the field to supplement the goal of teaching competencies, and we have found a lot of regulatory and legislative constraints and the functions and roles of the actors involved professors and Management and students of all shareholders in the accompanying pedagogical failure for the benefit of each university student in varying proportions.
