In this article, we discuss the concept of the syllabus and its components and tools in a way that is in short respect for the permitted size of the article.

We have mentioned that the curricula were merely educational programs in the old traditional ways, containing a teaching material for the foreign language, without taking into account the factors related to cultural specificities, we have also learned that the curriculum is more comprehensive and broader than the programs.

It is also related to the educational policy of each country and the extent of its expenditure on education.

In addition, the fields of foreign language use –am– and its relationship with the content of the programs and educational activities, the type and extent of the ruler taking goals before the start of the educational process and what is contained in the relevant textbooks and size and the nature of educational material that it contains and the person to whom this book or that student (professor / student / researcher) is referred finally, we concluded that the curriculum needs to betaken care of by developing, improving and adapting them according to the above factors and evaluating them after each educational stage by measuring the extent to which the objectives of the established curricula and written programs are achieved by drawing on the experience of teachers in the field and researchers ; periodic and ongoing evaluation and follow-up processes to adapt to the requirements of each stage and each new circumstance.
