Abstract EN

This study deals with the functional aspect of the profession of booking tourist tickets.

It was conducted on a sample of supervisors of the recruitment and training processes in the field of selling tourist tickets in order to obtain an objective description of the most important characteristics and requirements that must be met in the candidate for this type of jobs.

Basic dimensions of the profession according to the results of the survey and previous studies.

After the statistical test, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average of the experts' estimations to the degree of importance of some features of the three dimensions only in the professional selection process.

Therefore, the most important requirements were moody, others related to professional tendencies and finally requirements related to public capabilities, and experts agreed on the degree of importance of each feature proposed.
