The Aim of the research is to study the impact of using manual & digital mind maps in teaching Home Economics on the development of science processes and engagement in learning to the pupils the first preparatory grade, the included research tools to test the science operations and learning engagement scale, were applied on a sample of female students preparatory grade that reached of the (120 pupils), (40) schoolgirls control group studied in the traditional manner, (40) pupils as a pilot group "1" studied using handmade mind maps, (40) a pupil as a pilot group "2" studied using, e-mental maps, and yielded results Find superior to the two experimental groups "1", "2", which learned maps mental (manual and digital) compared to the control group which studied the traditional way, in the post test to test the science operations, and to learning engagement scale, as well as comparing the results of the applicable post test for each of the two experimental groups.
