The present study explore the relationship between Saudi males perception of parental (Fathers or Mothers) style as they perceive it from each parent, and the personality big five factors model which are : Neuroticism vs.

Emotional stability, Extraversion vs.

Closedness to experience, Agreeableness vs.

Disagreeableness and Conscientiousness vs.

Lack of conscientiousness.

A sample of 272 male students was selected from king Abdul-Aziz University, the range of age was (20-24.5).

Two scales were used to measure the target variables.

Correlations and Factor analysis showed a significant difference between the effect of fathers and the effect of mothers on their sons personality.

Findings of this research have been discussed in light of the theoretical and social background in Saudi society..
