Abstract EN

The aim of this research was to study some factors that effect on degree of satisfaction among employee with hotel service in Alexandria city.

Also 0 study the relational ties between the degree of satisfaction with hotel service and dependent and independent variables.

Data were collected using questionnaire personal interview with a random sample of 197 employees.

To view and discuss the results percentages, simple correlation coefficient, chi square and multiple regressions were used.

The results showed a positive significant correlation between the degree of satisfaction with hotel service of employees and each of educational level , age and monthly income at 0.01.

Also, the results found that the number of working hours was the most independent variables affecting the degree of satisfaction with hotel service
