Education is considered as the major means of integrated development in society and in this field the Algerian state has given a great attention to this aspect of political, social and intellectual life which has devoted ample space in the official documents which set the basis educational objectives that respond to what promised by the revolution to its people before and after independence and stressed the Islamic Education and the strengthening of the Arabic language and universal, free, a,d compulsory education as part of a democratic education policy.

However, the application of this huge and complex project has been fall through in front of a group of ideological, political, social and economic globalization obstacles.

The problematic is s how to overcome these challenges to reconcile the requirements between the content of the texts and the reality of life.

That is what this article is trying to highlight it.
