Abstract EN
The research aimed to identify the differences in anxiety between mainstreaming and special centers deaf and hard of hearing students in Makkah city .The sample of the study consisted of (60 ) students : (30) mainstreaming students and (30)special centers students .The samples were selected from Alamal institute for deaf and some intermediate mainstream schools in Makkah .
The researcher used the descriptive approach which is suitable for the research's variables.
The researcher depended in his measuring on anxiety scale , which was prepared by/Muhammad Ja'afar Jamal Alail (1995).The researcher counted the reliability by using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient (the result:0.948) .
The research results indicated to absence of significant statistical anxiety variations between deaf and hard of hearing students .
The results also indicated to presence of significant statistical anxiety variations between mainstreaming and special centers deaf and hard of hearing students in side of mainstreamed deaf and hard of hearing students by using Two -Way ANOVA Test , confirmed that the mainstreaming students felt with anxiety less than special centers students .
The researcher advised some recommendations which are drawn from the results, the most important recommendation was the importance of keeping on opening mainstreaming schools .
