The study aimed to improve verbal and non-verbal have children with autism through based on joint attention training program (prepared by the researcher), which may contribute to improve the level of social interaction and increase the integration of society, has formed the study sample (5) children with autism spectrum disorder represent the experimental group, which will be applied by the program and who have their wits ratio ranging between (59-69), and between the ages of time between (7-9) years and the proportion of autistic disorder have a medium, and all the respondents do not have any kind of other types of disabilities associated with autism non-mental retardation, have been selected from the intellectual Education Institute in Taif, Saudi Arabia, where he was training program based on the application of common interest to children with autism spectrum disorder in order to improve verbal and non-verbal communication.
The study used the following tools: a measure assessing verbal communication) preparation: researcher (and a measure estimating nonverbal communication) preparation: researcher (, the training program), prepared by the researcher (, measure estimating infantile autism, (ALShammari Alsertaui.2002), Stanford Binet scale Arabs intelligence (fourth edition) setup/ Hnora (2001), adaptive behavior scale preparation/ Sadek (1985).
The study resulted in the collection of the results of the most important that there are statistically significant differences (level of significance .05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the two measurements pre and post in verbal communication (tradition, and expression, and the label) in favor of the dimensional measurement in children with autism spectrum disorder.
Statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group does not exist in compiling the posttest and the iterative (one month after the end of the program) to the level of verbal communication in children with autism spectrum disorder.
There are significant differences (level of significance .05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the two measurements pre and post in the non-verbal communication (communication visual, listening and understanding, and the use of reference, common interest, understanding facial expressions and tones of voice) in favor of telemetric have children with disorder autism spectrum.
Statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group does not exist in compiling the posttest and the iterative (one month after the end of the program) to the level of nonverbal communication in children with autism spectrum disorder.
