Abstract EN

This study aimed at exploring the problems facing learning disabilities programs at the girls’ elementary schools in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

A descriptive method was used by distributing a questionnaire to 502 participants, consisting of 99 school principals, 200 regular education teachers and 203 learning disabilities teachers.

The results indicated that the LD programs faced problems, ranging in degree from mild to moderate.

Problems relating to parents of students with learning disabilities ranked first, with a calculated average of 2.97, while problems relating to school social environment ranked last, with a calculated average of 2.41.
