Abstract EN

The transformation defined economic policy in Algeria during the last decade to impose new strategy-oriented development to focus on SMEs, as a lifeboat for the Algerian economy in light of the current international changes on the one hand, and what role they are playing in building an integrated industrial fabric, and stimulate sector private investment in this area ,and then active participation in bringing about radical changes at the level of the economy like the creation of new jobs and raise GDP to achieve growth rates of arguing on the other hand, we will try through this article addressed to bank financing for small and medium enterprises in Algeria.
