أثر المناخ التنظيمي على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين بالفنادق المصرية : دراسة ميدانية على بعض فنادق الخمسة نجوم بالقاهرة الكبرى

Abstract EN

This study aims to investigate the impact of organizational climate on employees'job performance in some of five star hotels in Greater Cairo.

To achieve this objective, a questionnaire form was developed and distributed on a random sample of employees in investigated hotels.

A number of 360 forms were distributed and only 310 forms (86.11%) were returned and were valid to analysis.

The obtained results indicated that there was a significant relationship between all organizational climate dimensions investigated and employees' Job performance.

Employees' perceptions agreed with three of these dimensions (organization char, commimication style and work environment) and were neutral with others (leadership style, employees’ participation in decision making and human resources training and development).
