On the Third anniversary of tlie revolutions of the Arab Spring which swept across several countries in the Arab region, in the early year of 2011, in the spotlight due to the economic and political transition, but it also led to instability, setbacks in the transition towards democracy, mass protests, and clashes among former revolutionary allies.

Political instability has taken a toll on the region’s economies.

There has been a sharp slowdown in economic activities.

The objective of the study is to analyze the effect of the economic transformation and political instability over the past three years after the revolutions of Arab Spring from 2011 to 2013 on tour business in the countries in transitions from the travel agencies representative’s perspective, and considers a hypothesis, whether it affects in tour business in achieving its goals negatively .

The study population consists of the random sample was selected from tour operators s who work at 200 travel agencies in the transition countries (Egypt, Tunisia, Syria, Libya, Syria, and Yemen ).Based upon the results, the study recommends that Arab Spring opportunity more than challenge and may improve the tour business activities to minimize the negative.

Results show a negative effect of economic transformation and political instability situation over the past three years after “Arab Spring” on tour business, where the travel agents have impacted negatively on tour business in achieving its goals.
