This paper aims to evaluate the significance of various factors affecting consumer’s choice of fast food restaurant and cafeterias situated in selected food courts.

The research relied upon a consumer oriented approach in order to explore the impact of many attributes of the food courts concept.

Thus, a number of correlations were tested m the process.

The primary findings confirmed that the age factor has a significant correlation with both the service quality elements and the overall level of satisfaction.

The most crucial factors affecting customers’ choices regarding the food courts concept were also identified.
