The current study sought to set up a parameter learning disabilities in general education schools, after studying the Academy, which in turn ends in the basic preparation and implementation of individual treatment plan for each educational cases of learning difficulties.

The study aimed to highlight the role of teacher learning difficulties in light of the standards of quality in the education system.

The study sample consisted of (15) teacher learning difficulties in general education schools in Jubail country and Jubail in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, which implements programs of learning difficulties.

And created a tool study of form personal interview intended for this purpose consists of 40 is distributed on four dimensions, falls under each after a series of phrases that revolve around it according to the dimensions of the following, respectively: (standard parameter setting learning difficulties - evaluation and the initial diagnosis - prepare classroom environment - the preparation and implementation of the IEP), and the study results to the urgent need for the application of quality standards in the preparation of teacher learning difficulties and highlight the role of President and distinguished in the development of the educational process
