معايرة كل من الدورزولاميد هيدروكلويد و التيمولول ماليات في شكلها الصيدلاني قطرة عينية باستخدام مقياس الطيف الضوئي

Abstract EN

Simple, sensitive and specific method for the simultaneous determination of Dorzolamid HCl and Timolol maleate in its dosage form /Eye drops/.

The method depented on dilution of 1 volume of the Eye drops 100 time with distillers water, then 10 ml from the resulting solution to 50 ml of water and measure the absorbance at 258 nm and 295 nm against water.

The proposed UV-method was successfully applied to the determination of sibotramin in commercial product Timodors® (diamondpharm).

The percentage recoveries and the standard division (n=10) were 98.8 ± 0.92%.

For Dorzolamide and 98.1 ± 0.95 for timolol.

The suggested method was compared with HPLC method while the result was conform with the standard method according to statistic Value for F and T tests.
