The state of Côte d’Ivoire in weakened by the finishing war.
The crisis hors divided the country into two.
The souther part ruled by the state government and the rest by the ex-rebellion.
In checking a solution to that crisis, the protagonists seem to turn around.
That is why the international community got involved in.
After the last agreement between the protagonists.
Time has come to rebuild the state.

L’Etat de Côte d’Ivoire sortant de conflit est affaibli.
La crise a scindé le pays en deux.
Une partie est gérée par l’Etat, et l’autre est sous le contrôle de l’ex-rébellion.
L’autorité de l’Etat est menacée.
Dans la recherche d’une solution à la crise, les protagonistes semblent tourner en rond.
C’est ce qui a amené la communauté internationale à s’impliquer dans cette résolution de la crise.
Après le dernier accord entre les ex-belligérants, une reconstitution de l’Etat de Côte d’Ivoire sous une forme nouvelle s’impose.
