The scientific and technological developments that the world witnessed in the present time were due to the application of modern scientific and technological foundations which contributed to the development and raising the level of science in general and the level of sports in particular .

There is no doubt that the high level of advanced sports achievements in the present day is strongly linked to the achievements of the world and the great technological development due to the entry of technological science into all spheres of life which created new qualitative development graders to solve many issues and problems of sport activity.

The sport movement has developed rapidly and effectively over the past years.

This development has emerged as a result of many of the changes that have taken place in most of the games, including volleyball, which has enjoyed a lot of these developments, whether in the game law or upgrading the player`s physical, skilful and planning, psychological and mental abilities ,which reflected in achieving athletic achievements at all levels.
