The research aims to determine the Ethics training between reality and ambition among the Arab world.

It also seeks to raise the awareness of the importance of ethics, which should be achieved by training in the Arab world.

In addtion, this study discusses the importance of training and the basic principles of enhanced the ethics.

Therefor, to idenfy the duties of the Arab training institutions about doing moral tasks for training.

Moreover, the curent study discussed the rules and ethics training and how to get benefit from the international experiences.

In conclusion, it has been summarised the most important recommendations that may contribute to addressing some the ethics training issues in the Arab world.
