Abstract EN

This study analyses the most important social, cultural and urban factors that will directly and indirectly impact on the acquisition and learning of foreign languages in Algerian schools.

The members of this study are the student of two highs schools in the area of Ouled Mimoun -Tlemcen .This study reveals that the social and cultural fact especially of the family have a great role in helping children in learning and acquiring foreign languages.
