In this area corporate governance is one of the effective tools to combat the financial and administrative corruption, because it contains a variety of mechanisms which are classified into internal mechanisms and external those enable them to ensure the optimal use of available resources to fairly serve the interests of all stakeholders in the company either internally or externally.
