After the recession that was kin own by the cold war , anew model of international court s had Rosen , built by the security council , that are the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda .the cause of the security council intervention in these disputes as the committing of mascsacres and atrocities whit led to the word public opinion to request for the punishment of the doers; due to the seventh amendnent in the united nations chapter .thus broth courts worked on the light of these rules, despite disadvantages succeeded in judge some of its perpetrators; besides other matters.

which made them presenting a historical path ward and an important station had given a strong impulse to the international criminal court .
