We noticed through our contact with the school center that some children suffer a lot of difficulties during the process of learning and learning achievement during the exercise of motor, mental and artistic activities.

This drew the attention of both researchers towards the scientific study of these difficulties.

Hence the importance of research and the need for it Contributes scientifically to determine the magnitude of the problem of learning disabilities in children.

Based on the above, the researcher applied some scientific tests and measurements to measure some of the learning difficulties in 100 primary and secondary school students in the city of Blida.

The results of the research found that "the difficulties of visual memory and auditory difficulties" are the most common learning difficulties, followed by "learning difficulties of writing and mathematical inference difficulties" in the research sample.

The researcher recommends taking into account the child's access to the level of maturity appropriate for learning to read, write and account, and not being forced to do so in kindergarten, and preparatory education and interest in the design of programs of motor education for children with the need to apply to children outside the classroom.
