Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى أثر القيادة الريادية في الإبداع الإداري في شركة امنية للاتصالات الخلوية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف فقد اعتمدت الدراسة أولا على المراجعة النظرية الشاملة لأدبيات الموضوع، و من ثم قياس أثر القيادة الريادية في الإبداع الإداري من وجهة نظر العاملين في شركة أمنية للاتصالات الاردنية و ذلك من خلال الاستبانة التي تم تصميمها و توزيعها على الإفراد العاملين في شركة أمنية.

تم توزيع (130) استبانة على العاملين في شركة أمنية للاتصالات في مختلف المستويات الادارية، استرد منها (125) استبيان و استبعد منها (5) استبيانات نظرا لعدم صلاحيتها، و جرت عمليات التحليل الإحصائي على (120) استبيان و قد استخدمت الباحثة عددا من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة منها تحليل الانحدار المتعدد و اختبار T و تحليل التباين و الاتحاف المعياري، و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود اثر دلالة إحصائيا للقيادة الريادية بأبعادها (الرؤية والثقة و التواصل) في الإبداع الإداري بأبعاده حل المشكلات و القابلية للتغيير و(روح المجازفة).

و توصي الدراسة الى تعزيز آليات الابداع الاداري عند العاملين من خلال تمكين الموظفين من تأدية مهام أعمالهم بطريقة تعزز من ارتباطهم بمؤسساتهم وبما ينعكس في تعزيز انتاجية الموظفين في شركة أمنية للاتصالات الاردنية.

English Abstract

This study aims at identifying the Impact of Entrepreneurial Leadership on Managerial Innovation of Umniah Jordan Telecommunications Company, to achieve this objective, the study was composed of two parts; the first part focused on comprehensive review of relevant theoretical literature, the second part gathered applicable data through a special questionnaire, which was designed and distributed to the Umniah cellular telecommunications company.

To achieve the study objectives, distribute (130) questionnaire on the employees of Umniah telecommunication company in various administrative levels, only (125) retrieved questionnaires, (5) questionnaires were dismissed, the statistical analysis was conducted on (120) questionnaires, the researcher used a number of statistical methods: Multiple regression analysis, One sample T-test, standard deviations and variance inflation analysis the study found a statistically significant impact of Entrepreneurial Leadership that consist of (vision, trust and communication) in Managerial Innovation which consist (problem solving, changeability and risk).

The study recommends enhancing administrative innovation machines for employees by enabling employees to perform their business functions in a way that enhances them associations with their institutions and is reflected in enhancing the productivity of employees in Jordan Telecom Umniah Company.
