Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على التعرف على أثر المشاركة في اتخاذ القرار بأبعاده (المشاركة في تحديد المشكلة و المشاركة في اختيار البديل الأفضل والمشاركة في إصدار القرار) على جودة العمل في شركات الاتصالات الأردنية (أورانج ) أمنية و اعتمدت الدراسة الحالية على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، للتعامل مع البيانات وتصنيفها، و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الموظفين الإداريين مدير وحدة ادارية، رئيس قسم تنفيذي نائب بمدير عام، مشرف ومن هم بمستواهم الوظيفي) و من بمستواهم في شركات الاتصالات الخلوية في الأردن (أورانج أمنية) و البالغ عددهم (602) عامل وعاملة أما عينة الدراسة تكونت عينة الدراسة من (353) عامل وعاملة تم اختيارهم من مجتمع الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة و استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة واستخدم الباحث الاساليب الوصفية التحليلية واختبار الانحدار لاختبار الفرضيات و الوصول الى النتائج.

وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها جود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للمشاركة في اتخاذ القرار بأبعادها (المشاركة في تحديد المشكلة المشاركة في اختيار البديل الأفضل، المشاركة في إصدار القرار على جودة العمل بأبعادها الأداء، المطابقة، الصلاحية، الاستجابة) و في ضوء تلك النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة التعاون مع الموظفين لتخطي بعض الصعوبات عند تحديد مشكلة ما في نظام العمل و المشاركة في التحري عن الأسباب الرئيسية لظهور المشكلة ومعرفة أعراضها، و وضع المعايير المناسبة لتقويم الحلول المطروحة بمعزل عن الضغوط.

English Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the impact of participation in decision-making (with its dimensions of participation in identifying the problem, participating in selecting the best alternative and participation in issuing the decision) on the quality of work in the Jordanian telecommunication companies (, Orange and Umniah) and their dimensions.

The current study is based on the descriptive analytical approach for data collection and classification.

The population of the study is composed of all administrative staff (director of an administrative unit, head of department, executive / deputy general manager, supervisor) and other staff with their career level in cellular telecommunications companies in Jordan, whose number was) 602) male and female staff member.

The study sample consisted of (353) staff member (from Orange and Umniah), who were selected as a simple random sample.

The questionnaire was used as a tool for study and the researcher used analytical descriptive methods and regression testing to test hypotheses and reach results.

The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant effect of participation in decision making in its dimensions (participation in problem identification, participation in selecting the best alternative, participation in issuing the decision) on the quality of work in its dimensions (performance, conformity, validity, and response).

In light of these results, the study recommended the need to cooperate with employees to overcome some difficulties in identifying a problem in the work system, to participate in the investigation of the main causes of the emergence of the problem and recognizing the symptoms, and to develop appropriate criteria for the evaluation of solutions presented in isolation from pressure.
