Arabic Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الهيكل التمويلي على استمرارية الشركات في الشركات الصناعية الأردنية، و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الشركات الصناعية الأردنية المدرجة في بورصة عمان للفترة المالية (2012-2016) حيث بلغت فترة الدراسة (5) سنوات، و التي يبلغ عددها (68) شركة، بينما تكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) شركة حيث تم استبعاد (8) شركات نظرا لعدم توفر البيانات الخاصة بها، حيث تم اختيار (60) شركة صناعية أردنية المدرجة في بورصة عمان للأوراق المالية.

و لغايات تحليل البيانات فقد اعتمدت الدراسة على حزمة البرامج الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS).

وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها : 1.

وجود أثر عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥ a) للهيكل التمويلي على ربحية السهم في الشركات الصناعية المساهمة العامة الأردنية 2.

عدم وجود أثر عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥ a) للهيكل التمويلي على العائد على الأموال المستمرة في الشركات الصناعية المساهمة العامة الاردنية.

و أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بتحقيق الهيكل التمويلي الأمثل ما أمكن ؛ كونها واحدة من الاهتمام بالنجاح لعمل هذه الشركات من خلال إدراك واتجاه أكبرين بأن المراجعة و التحليل المستمر للواقع المالي للشركة بحثا عن تحقيق الموازنة بين حصة الهيكل التمويلي من الأموال الملكية و الأموال الاقتراض.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of the financial structure on the companie' continuity in the Jordanian industrial companies; the study community consisted of the Jordanian industrial companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) for the financial period ( 2012-2016) amounting to (68) while the study sample consisted of (60) companies after excluding (8) companies due to the lack of information; therefore, (60) Jordanian industrial companies listed on the ASE were chosen.

To analyze data, the study has adopted the SPSS.

After conducting the statistical analysis, the researcher in this study concluded some points, most important of which are: 1.

There is no statistically significant impact at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) for the financial structure on the liquidity in the Jordanian public shareholding industrial companies.

There is no statistically significant impact at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) for the financial structure on the profitability ratio in the Jordanian There is an impact at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) for the financial structure on the earnings per share (EPS) in the Jordanian public shareholding industrial companies.

3.

There is no impact at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) for the financial structure on the return on capital in the Jordanian public shareholding industrial companies.

The study recommended a group of points, most important of which are: the need to achieve the optimal financial structure since it contributes to the success of such companies through realizing that the continuous review and analysis of the company's financial reality achieve the balance between the financial structure value and the borrowing funds.
