Abstract EN
The Ain El Hamtnam landslide is charac- terized by a very complex structure.
Mech- anisms induced by this instability are very difficult to study bccausc of the superpo- sition of the movements and interlocking.
This high instability is characterized by phases of calm and acceleration movement.
This work allows not only this landslide but also the estimation of the damage to the build-induced ground movement.
Indeed, the consequences on the build lead a strong constraint for the urban development.

Lc glisscmcnt dc terrain d’Ain El Ham- mam est caracterise par une structure tres complexe.
Les mecanismes induits par cette instability sont tres difficiles k etudier du fait de la superposition et de l’emboite- ment des mouvements.
Cette forte instabi- lity est caracterisee par des phases de calme et d’acceleration du mouvement.
Ce travail permet non seulement de presenter ce glis- sement mais aussi d’estimer les dommages aux batis induits par ce mouvement de ter- rain.
En cffct, ccs conscqucnccs sur lc bati entrainent une contrainte forte pour I’ame- nagement ct lc dcveloppcmcnt urbain
