The present study aimed to reveal the relationship between the effectiveness of academic self-professional performance of the Secondary Education Teachers.

In order to achieve the objective of this study was descriptive approach in the search for the application of the measure of the effectiveness of academic and professional performance measure of self-reliance and masters as tools for data collection, On a sample of 70, to statistical treatment using the correlation coefficient Pearson.

Accordingly, the study found that there is a correlation between the effectiveness of self-reliance and statistical function of the academic professional performance of the Secondary Education Teachers
