نوعية الحياة لدى المصابين بحبسة بروكا : دراسة حالة

Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to try to determine the impact of Broca's aphasia on the quality of life of affected persons; a case study was used as mesure of a clinical approach.

To achieve the objectives of this study, we used a semi-structured clinical interview and the quality of life measure made by Sami Mohammed Musa Hashim (2001) on a sample of five cases affected by the Broca’s aphasia.

The results show’s a three cases characterized by a good quality of life; two others persons characterized by a poor quality of life, as a result family support were considered positive signs of enjoying a good quality of life for the injured and provided the necessary means to achieve their demands or optimism; while the poor quality of life of others recognizing as being unable to rely on themselves or not adapting to the new situation and feeling frustrated.

A number of recommendations were concluded such as the need to pay psychological attention to this category of cases, and the need to develop rehabilitation programs for people suffering from Broca's aphasia, and the need to develop guidance programs for their families.
