Among the crucial medical and biological techniques invented by the West in general and in reproduction field in particular, surrogacy process remains an eerie one.

It started in animals and then shifted to humans in Europe and America in the 1980s with designated agencies being set to promote the practice and execute related contracts.

The wide spread of such agencies is evident if you search the internet; this practice started to dominate the East, and particularly India where surrogacy is less expensive than in Arab countries.

Surrogacy sparked considerable debate among religious and legal circles particularly in Arab countries.

The study covers all aspects related to surrogacy.
