Abstract EN

Among other poetical works of Adunis, AghaniMihyar ad- Dimashqi١ is considered as a turning point and an innovative creation.

This work can be investigated from intellectual and technical perspectives.

From intellectual perspective, it is place to depict Adunis’s philosophical insight and the start point of his philosophical thoughts.

On the other hand, this poetical work is a novel style and a bold experience and opens new horizons in the realm of Arabic poetry.

All poems in his work can be considered as a mask long poem, and all implications of these poems are combined through a novel artistic creation whose technical elements are beyond typical images.

The present study is an attempt to investigate the intellectual and innovative aspects of this poetical work by a descriptive-analytical method.

The results indicated that Adunishas been successful in the fields under investigation, because he has been able to create a complete harmony between language and the structure of his poems and skillfully depict his ontological fear.
