Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مستوى أداء برامج و فعاليات و أنشطة إدارة الاتصال بمجلس النواب البحريني و التي تقدمها عبر العديد من القنوات التفاعلية المباشرة و غير المباشرة و وسائل الاتصال و الإعلام الحديثة و التقليدية.

و معرفة الدور الذي تقوم به إدارة الاتصال بمجلس النواب البحريني في دعم المشاركة السياسية في الانتخابات النيابية لدى الشباب ممثلين بطلبة جامعة البحرين من خلال زيادة وعيهم السياسي، و التعرف على اتجاهاتهم نحو المشاركة في الانتخابات البرلمانية لعام 2018.

و اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج المسحي الوصفي، و تم إعداد استبانة للحصول على المعلومات.

تكون مجتمع الدراسة من طلبة كلية الآداب (مرحلة البكالوريوس) مستوى السنة الرابعة في جامعة البحرين (1100) طالب، وتم اختيار عينة (265) مفردة من خلال استخدام العينة القصدية.

توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة رئيسة مفادها أن تقييم دور إدارة الاتصال بمجلس النواب البحريني في دعم المشاركة السياسية لدى الشباب من وجهة نظر طلبة جامعة البحرين كان متوسطا، مما يعني أن مشاركة الشباب في الانتخابات النيابية المقبلة لمجلس النواب ستكون متوسطة.

كما أوصت الدراسة إعطاء الفرصة بشكل أكبر للشباب خصوصا الطلاب الجامعيين لحضور جلسات مجلس النواب للاطلاع عن كثب عن آليات مجلس النواب و التعرف على دوره في صياغة وبث التشريعات اللازمة والتي تهم المجتمع بشكل عام و الشباب بشكل خاص.

English Abstract

The study aimed to shed light on the performance of the programs, activities and events of the Department of Communication in the Council of Representatives of the Kingdom of Bahrain, to support the political participation among young people in Bahrain.

To achieve the aim of this study the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach.

So, he used the (Questionnaire) as tool of study, also she created a specialized survey, which contained different questions related to the effectiveness of the Department of Communication in the Council of Representatives of the Kingdom of Bahrain, to support the political participation among young people in Bahrain.

The study population consisted of number of students of the College of Arts (bachelor's level) of the fourth-year level at the University of Bahrain (1100) students, and available purposive sample (265) samples.

The main finding of the study was that the Department of Communication in the Council of Representatives have limited impact in supporting the political participation of young people perspective, and participation of the youth will be perspective in the upcoming parliamentary elections of the Council of Representatives.

The study also recommended giving more opportunities to young people, especially university students, to attend the meetings of the Council of Representatives to get a closer look at the mechanisms of the Council and to identify its role in drafting and issuing the necessary legislation to the society in general and the youth in particular.
